Weight 162.5 lbs

Warm Up: Jump Rope

Farmer's Carry: 95lbs. plus about 40lbs. of square bar

3x 4 laps

Box Jump: 3x25 @ 2 ft. height

Alligator Crawl: 2x 25+ yard sets

Jump Rope: 10 Min.

I cheated with some red velvet cake and a few chocolate covered pretzels.
